Criterium - "Race around the Town"
2pm
Pemberton Visitor Centre "Novelty Events for the Kids @ Pemberton Visitors Centre, Brockman Street (Vasse Hwy), Pemberton
Activities include: a Bike Parade (Best Dressed Bike), Obstacle Course, Relay Race, Slowest and Quickest Race.
2pm
Registration ouside the Pemberton RSL Library, Brockman Street, Pemberton - opposite the Post Office.
2.30pm Road Closed
Prior to the road closure at 2.30pm these roads are public access. Please respect other road users and the road rules,
particularly that of riding on the correct side of the road.
3pm
Criterium Race Commences @ Pemberton Post & Newsagency (Cnr Brockman Street (Vasse Hwy) & Ellis Street, Pemberton).
Criterium Race – 1km Road Race Circuit – 'Hot Dog' Circuit loop of Brockman Street between the Pemberton Visitor Centre and the Pemberton Hotel.
Please Note: Times and grades offered may vary according to nominations and Commissaire discretion.
Riders should be near the Start Line well advance of their start time in case of significant changes to start times.
- 3.00pm U13 Boys & Girls - 10 minutes + 2 laps
- 3.10pm U15 Boys & Girls - 15 minutes + 2 laps
- 3.40pm U17 Boys & Girls - 20 minutes + 2 laps
- 4.10pm D Grade (Novice) Men and Women - 15 min +2 laps
- 4.30pm C Grade Men - 20 minutes + 2 laps
- 5.00pm B Grade Women - 25 minutes + 2 laps
- 5.10pm B Grade Men - 30 minutes + 2 laps
- 5.50pm A Grade Women - 30 minutes + 2 laps
- 6.00pm A Grade Men - 40 minutes + 2 laps
Criterium Circuit 2012
The Criterium Circuit for 2012 is different from previous years. For 2012 it commences opposite the Pemberton Post Office and Newsagency
on the corner of Brockman and Ellis Street, and then performs an anti-clockwise 'hotdog circuit up and down Brockman Street,
turning at the Pemberton Hotel at the East end, and at the Pemberton Visitor Centre (TransWA Coach Bay) at the West end.
